Whojamaflip Records is a UK based Hardcore record label. The name may be a bit quirky but the music is serious!

We release tracks right across the hardcore spectrum; the label is run by myself (DJTC). Whojamaflip releases are jointly sold/distributed through the www.all-4-1.co.uk web site along with Lucky Breaks & Kniteforce records.

I first started listening to / mixing rave music a long long long long time ago back in 1990. After going to my first rave (which was one of the best  nights of my life) and hearing such tunes as Salsa House and Don’t Scandalize,  I was hooked.

Not too soon afterwards, I bought myself a set of turntables and practiced my mixing for quite a few years grabbing every opportunity to play out when they came up. In 2000 I got the chance to play on Eruption FM where I have continued to play every week without fail on the fm dial across London and beyond, something that enjoy a lot.

Production

In 2004 I hooked up with someone who I now see as a good friend of mine, Stargazer/Cube::Hard, who engineered / co wrote my first batch of releases Walking On The Moon, Love In Motion, So Much More and Chasing Skies.

W.O.T.M I released on my first label (Mad Cow) along with Wizbit's ‘My Immortal’. That release did really well and sold out within a couple of weeks. The second release I had was So Much More & Love In Motion which I released on another label I set up called Vinyl United which also did rather well. In 2005 I set up Whojamaflip records which took over from Mad Cow and have since released Chasing Skies, I Am Free (TC & Defnoyz) and tracks from Ponder & Wizbit; check out our releases section for more info.

I have just finished a track with Cru-L-T called Nasty that will be released on KniteForce. We have also started a joint label called Pollute The Mainstream; tracks included on this are Luna-C & TC - The Night and What 4; I'm really pleased with these. I have also just finished a remix of The Erb which was remixed by myself and Sike - this is on a Hardcore Breaks tip which has just been released on Kniteforce.

But for now I am trying to concentrate on writing myself and will keep you informed of my progress!!
